Improvements

  • Matrix Breadcrumb: Improve the breadcrumb path to be displayed depending on current page location and relationship to Mega Menu items.

  • Matrix: Matrix dimensions set to display in the Mega Menu will appear as the first item or after the first item if it is set to display an icon. Click here for more information.

  • Matrix: Display a popup if the Matrix is enabled and an invalid subscription type is in use.

With earlier versions the JavaScript files served as a hashed files rather than the serving them directly, thus we request all of you to re-install the app to make sure that you receive the updates seamlessly when we make a release. Apologies for the inconveniences.

Update steps:

  1. Remove the Reach News web part from the SharePoint page(s) that it has been added to
  2. Remove the Reach News SharePoint app from the site collection(s) that it has been added to
  3. Remove it from the Recycle Bin and Second Stage Recycle Bin
  4. Remove the Reach News SharePoint app from the app catalog
  5. Remove it from the Recycle Bin and Second Stage Recycle Bin
  6. Add the new Reach News SharePoint app to the app catalog
  7. Deploy it
  8. Add the Reach News SharePoint app to the desired site collection(s)
  9. Add the Reach News webpart to the desired page(s)

Improvments

  • Updated default values for templates
  • Added option to set height on slider

Fixes

  • Resolved issue with news detail links

  • Megamenu Manager: New admin panel for managing the Megamenu with the ability to create/edit nodes, assign permissions and view all Megamenu configurations.

Improvements

  • Matrix: Improved the Matrix Navigation functionality.
  • Megamenu Manager: On close, Admins now get redirected to the Megamenu manager.
  • Megamenu Manager: For each mega menu configuration an admin can assign users and groups to the editor role.
  • Megamenu Manager: Editors can test the URL patterns which correspond to specific URL's.

  • Matrix: Fixed an issue with the Matrix breadcrumb.
  • Web: Resolved issue's with theming where colours were applied after pressing cancel.
